How Does Our Personal Development / Leadership Development Sessions Work?

Our Personal Development Sessions are about increasing awareness of self. My aim is to help introduce you to your strengths and weaknesses in order to realize the potential that you already have. This is accomplished by asking the right questions designed to help you recognize your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses.

In a sense, Personal Development like a spring clean. When I clean up I take everything out of a room and only put back what belongs there. Similarly, Personal Development is a way of improving your life by “Clearing” out things that are not serving you and take things that are and put them in order.

As your Coach, I may not necessarily offer direct advice or tell you exactly what to do. What I will do is offer guidance and support through Personal Development plans and strategies, in order for you to practice effective self-help.

These personalized plans will help you to begin the journey towards success and happiness. As your Personal Development Coach I will also:

  1. Help you to create strategies and reach your goals.
  2. Assist you with creating and following your personalized plan.
  3. Ask questions in order to guide you to an answer.
  4. Challenge your thoughts by identifying inconsistencies.
  5. Support you through difficult decisions.
  6. Encourage deep thoughts about how you are living your life and the changes you want to make.
